Martin is the Managing Director of Alfred Flett Ltd and has been a part of the company since 1977. Marty served his apprenticeship in joinery with the company and progressed through to Managing Director. Marty is involved with all the different functions of the company including estimating, surveying and project management and provides customers with a wealth of experience. Marty has built many very important relationships over the years for Alfred Flett Ltd which still remain strong today.
Magnus is the son of current Managing Director Martin and has been with the company since 2002 Magnus also served his joinery apprenticeship with Alfred Flett Ltd and has worked on the tools with many of the current site work force. Magnus assists with the overall operations of the company including estimating, project management, health and safety and overall company management. Magnus looks to continue in a great family heritage by one day also being the Managing Director of Alfred Flett Ltd.
Russell has been with Alfred Flett Ltd since 1995 and is an integral part of the day to day running of the company. Russell takes care of the majority of the material ordering for the company as well as assisting with estimating and management of works Alfred Flett Ltd undertake. Russell has been involved with many of Alfred Flett Ltd biggest contracts and his experience is second to none. Russell is a popular figure at the company and many clients go to man for advice.
Peter is the newest member of the management team at Alfred Flett Ltd having served locally as a self-employed mason. Since then he works as a mason for Andrew Sinclair Ltd before going into a slightly more office based project management role for the company. There he gained valuable experience in large contracts locally and working with national companies from the mainland. Since his arrival at Alfred Flett Ltd, Peter has provided support to general management and overall project management at Alfred Flett Ltd and continues the company’s values of building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
Sebastian served his time as a joiner locally and has a wealth of experience in various building techniques. Primarily this enables him to be a very efficient estimator for the company, Sebastian also provides project management to contracts and can advise site operatives on the best ways to achieve completion on many tasks. Sebastian has been with Alfred Flett since 2002 and has a great understanding of the company and its values.
Alison is Alfred Flett Ltd longest serving employee besides from Martin, nobody at the company can match her enthusiasm for the company’s success over the years. Alison ensures the company continues to run in an organised manner including adopting new ways of completing tasks to keep the company up to date with technology and running efficiently. Alison is the first face people see when they come to reception and always makes clients feel welcomed and appreciated.
Willie is the newest member of the office and administration team. Willie provides 20 years’ experience of working in an administration position within the construction industry and has fitted in well within a very experienced and long serving team. Willie was employed due to the company’s level of workload and provides great support to the management team with his organisation and understanding of company processes.
